Heathland Waymarker for Robin
This was
comissioned to celebrate senior ranger Robin Edward's 27 years at
Buchan Country Park
completed in 2017 and installed in the Heathland area of the park
February 2018
Oak with spirit stains, 1.8m high, 30 x 15cm,
[£2,000 to commission similar scale]
The references are bilberries, heather, adders,
emperor moths, nightjars, green man and a forest caretaker/Cernunos
which were all deemed relevant to Robin and his development of the
heathland habitat at Buchan.
