Peter's Chair was carved March - June
and installed 16th July 2008
* it is permanently located in the wild garden of the Wildfowl and
Wetlands Trust site at Arundel.
* It is a memorial to a much loved member of staff who died at a young
age.
* It refers to many of the natural elements that this member of staff
was particularly concerned with ie bats, ferns, robins and the ivy of wild
places
* It is carved in green oak and treated with spirit stains and Danish
oil
* The 3 very heavy pieces of wood are joined with coach screws, glue
and capped with 1" oak dowels
